Welcome to Massis Mounts ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Use of Products
Our products, including but not limited to camera mounts for skydiving, are designed for extreme sports and activities. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Extreme sports, including skydiving, inherently involve risks.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the products are properly installed, maintained, and used in accordance with the instructions provided.
- The use of our products is at your own risk. As the saying goes, "If you’re not willing to lose it, leave it on the ground."
2. Product Design and Testing
Our products have been carefully designed and rigorously tested over thousands of jumps to ensure quality, durability, and performance under extreme conditions. While we take every measure to provide reliable products, proper use and maintenance remain the responsibility of the user.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for:
- Any loss, theft, or damage to cameras, equipment, or other personal property while using our products.
- Any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
- Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using our products, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the products.
4. Product Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from extreme conditions or activities outside the intended use of the product.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of our products.

By purchasing and using our products, you assume all risks associated with extreme sports activities, including but not limited to the risk of equipment failure, human error, and environmental factors.
